A contribution made
A man-made self brigade
An imposition of that's dwelled
And hospitality far from reality
Casts neglecting yourself
And in the process of these lies
Heroes never live, legends never die
*Chris Jericho's Locker Room Door swings wide, showing the former, undefeated FCW Champion in it, sitting down, head between his knees, smiling.*
Jericho: It finally all begins again. The feel of a real Wrestling Federation. As usual, there is good competition, officious management, and a handful of Rookies, either eager to prove themselves, or eager to prove themselves as idiots. Unfortunately, the latter is the case. I don't know how many times in the past 24 hours I have heard that so and so deserves to be FCW Champion. Yet it comes from the mouths of those who haven't proven themselves. Multiple rookies, who haven't stepped into an FCW Ring think they are ready for the big time. I hate to rain on their parades, I really do, but they need to know the truth.
*Jericho stands up, stretching his arms.*
Jericho: The truth is, no one is more deserving than someone of has been there before. No one is more deserving than someone who never lost the title. No one in FCW or anywhere else, is more deserving of the FCW Heavyweight Title, than me. I never lost it in the first place, and as much as these rookies try to tell me that I get unfair treatment being an FCW Original, I won't let it affect me. They know, the fans know, and the management knows who I am. They know I am at the top of FCW, whether they relish the fact or not. I am a household name. My face is on TV, its in books, hell it should be on the 100$ bill! I am the only one here worthy of the title of Legend. And I don't mean the kind of legend who works one show a year, taking a shit ton of cash for shittier performance. I am a functional Living Legend.
*Jericho smiles to himself. He goes to his closet, looking at ring wear. He sizes them up.*
Jericho: The way I see it, it will be much more fun to defeat whomever gets in my way than to talk my way to a title match, as much as I know I could do it. I've said it once, and I'll say it again: I live to entertain, not to get ahead. I love to get in some good ol' fashion wrasslin' trash talk, but sometimes its better to be quiet and let your in ring actions show how you feel. I don't mean to get soft on any of the new guys, and I don't want any of the new guys to think that I live to put them down, but if they have the balls to get in my way, I will congratulate them, and then I will beat them. The FCW fans deserve that much. Being the only FCW Legend, I find it hard to believe that those new to FCW Deserve a shot.
*Jericho picks out an outfit and lays in on his bench.*
Jericho: I know I'm no shoo in for the title, and I know there are som talented individuals on the roster, but I think it's worth noting that I am a legend. A living legend. I am the most experienced, I am the most successful, and I am the most skilled Wrestler in FCW. I already know I have won the fans over. They see through all the bullshit, but I am going to have a tough time getting bitched at backstage if I don't show everyone back there who's Legend. That word gets thrown around all the time in this business, shown as a sign of respect to the older, aged superstars. I am different though. I am not a Legend because of my age, I am a legend because of my accomplishments. I am a legend because of my abilities. I am not a Legend out of Pity from those in power. I am a Legend because you all made me one.
*Jericho sits back down, running a hand through his highlighted hair.*
Jericho: And in anticipation of FCW's First Episode of Anarchy, I look toward my match. A match against Jason Evans, one of the grea-- oh wait, who the F*** is Jason Evans? He certainly seems to be some sort of mastermind if he's got the big bad Undertaker doing all his talking for him. I don't know if he's clinically insane to call me out, but he did, and thats about all I know. He spat insults against me, and so I'm gonna give it back to him, both right now, and in the ring. so listen up whoever your clowny ass is. I am Chris Jericho. I have more nicknames than any other wrestler in FCW. I earned them all in time. I earned them all in success, which is something you should have before you get into the ring with me. You are nothing but another new kid on the block, and you made a bold, brave, but stupid move in calling out the best damn wrestler in the company. There's a reason why I am called The One Man Main Event. There is a reason my diehards call me Lionheart. There is a reason I was the most hyped addition to WWE as the Y2J Problem. There is a reason why millions of women around the world have posters of me in there rooms with "Sexy Beast" Written on them. I am a big obstacle in your way, and you would need the power of God, Death, Satan, Jack Black and Dan Akroyd on your side. Because I am a Legend, and Legends never die...
*Jericho leaves his locker room, and the scene fades*
