From a black screen, a voice that is at first dim, but then grows louder is heard
Turning on a light, like changing the entire scenery of a certain place in time. Changing the bitterest of darkness's to the brightest of days. Just like any drastic change, what you get in return in like no other. Something unrecognizable. A change of man is similar to a change of light to dark. A man can change in an instant just like a simple flick of a light switch. As easy as it is to turn a light on or off, it is just as easy, if not easier to flick a man proverbial light switch between sanity and insanity. People do things to one another than can change you drastically. Just like Alexander Parise and Jimmy Gimmick. The two men as a duo are virtually unstoppable. But, how will they deal with one outshining the other. Just like day and night one could change in an instant and turn on the other. Only time will tell win this will happen. When either Gimmick or Parise won't be able to take the hate, the fear, the disgust any longer. Time doesn't wait for anyone boys. My bet is Parise. He'll snap first.
The voice stops almost at an instant. After a brief silence a sound is heard, something like a cross between a deep sigh and a sadistic laugh. The sound, almost unnoticeable, lasted mere seconds before the voice continued
Why you ask? Why Parise? He's the apprentice. Haven't you ever seen the classic "Apprentice turning on teacher act?" In my opinion it's getting pretty old. But the question is when, Parise? When will being outshined by your mentor finally break you down? And crumble you into little pieces. When those pieces form back into the man once known as 'The Great,' he will no longer be the same man. Jealousy will take the best of him. It happens every time. There's no avoiding it Parise. Or even you Gimmick, there's no way you two will ever get away from it. Parise, you may not be inferior to Gimmick, but by deeming yourself the apprentice, you've already admitted to being the inferior of the group. Original Sin is it? Soon enough Original Sin will just be Sin. The deed done by one Parise will be forever known as the sin of the century. What will the sin be? Only Parise knows. Whenever Parise is setting to the side, watching Gimmick, he's plotting the destruction. How he's going to take Parise out once and for all and claim the greatness he's always dreamed of. The downfall will essentially be jealousy. That's why neither one of you will become FCW Champion. Or even make it to the match for that matter.
A light comes on to show a man in a locker room. Towards the corner of the locker room sits The Rated R Superstar, Edge. After brushing his hair back, he continues to sit facing away from the camera, and begins to speak again
Sure, me and Christian don't get along too well anymore. But what does that matter? We both want that FCW Championship. We'll work together if we really have to. I don't want to, but if I really have to, then I will. We already have that thing that neither one of you have together. That little thing is experience. Sure, you have youth on your side. But with youth comes ignorance. And with ignorance comes faults, lack of dignity. I'm not one to teach somebody a lesson in respect. But you better know, if you don't have respect for me, and what I've done, then there is no way in hell you'll ever be able to gain respect in the wrestling business.
Edge sets back in his fold-up chair, relaxing for a few seconds before continuing.
Dignity, what the word means anyway. How you feel about yourself? Maybe. It's whatever you want it to be. To me, dignity consists of many things. For one, I believe it to be confidence in your own abilities. And self-respect. Moreover, anything causing you to feel more like yourself in any way. I know how I feel about myself. Gimmick, Parise, how much dignity do you have. Or to you is dignity pride? I know to me it's everything that I stand for. Every part of life itself. You take my dignity, you take me. You take everything I stand for.
Edge turns in his chair so that he's facing the camera for the first time.
Say what you will about my tactics, cheap, dirty, deceiving, etc. None of that matters. You think I'm trying to "get in their heads." I might be, depending on how you take the matter. I'm simply pointing out the obvious. The simple facts. Under too much weight, a man will break, but how much pressure will it take to make him crack? A question Original Sin must keep in mind coming into the match on Requiem. With everything on the line coming in, will you gain the chance, or lose the dignity? It's your choice. Mainly you Parise, do you want to pick this moment to strike, ruin Jimmy Gimmick's chances for the championship? You've had your taste of gold in FCW, and if I were you, I'd make it my duty to make sure Gimmick can't do the same. To give you the distinct advantage. To show that he is no better than you. Not as a wrestler or a man. Now the choice is, take my advice, strike now and reek the rewards. Or you can wait till later, wait for Gimmick to push you to the brink of insanity. Your choice.
The Rated R Superstar, has spoken!
The camera fades to black showing Edge changing his placement in the seat once again.
