Part VI: End Game
*The camera fades in to an unfamiliar setting. It is a large seemingly empty auditorium, at the front of which is a stage which drawn curtains cover entirely. The camera pans across the vacant seats to the curtains when suddenly they are drawn wide, and through the dim lighting a silhouette can be seen on stage.*
"Ladies, gentlemen, and the indifferent, I welcome you once again with a promise of edge of your seat entertainment with yours truly, the incomparable, unstoppable... Jimmy Gimmick!"
*A spotlight flickers on, the light is old as evident by it's brief flashing before remaining shining down solely to encircle Jimmy Gimmick.*
"On last weeks enthralling edition of Anarchy the world stood in awe watching yours truly, force 'The King of Kings' to submit in the center of that ring. For all intents and purposes I have conquered the 'The Game' because as a certain washed up, defeated hasbin would say 'I'm that damn good.'"
*Gimmick stands atop the stage in solitude, smiling, as his voice bellows throughout the otherwise empty auditorium.*
"Cliche driven speech aside to put things in laymens terms; I beat Triple H, and now at Second Coming I have the opportunity to solidify my legacy, to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that I am the best. Now I stand before you ready to berate, belittle, and otherwise prepare the world who will all once again sit in awe as I maliciously disfigure my opponents."
*On that note Gimmick strides across the stage pacing, as if to be thinking, although he merely moves for dramatic effect.*
"To continue my verbal tirade in an effort to excoriate the character of Randy Orton I look to his choice words for yours truly. You claimed that I'm easy to read, you make these kind of statements one day before hiding behind your mindless minions the next. Orton I present this fact because you're easy to read, you're a coward, you always have been and you always will be. You use your Machiavellian schemes to hide behind those who have been deceived deeply enough to trust you."
*Gimmick calls out as if the auditorium is filled with an audience before turning to directly face the camera.*
"Some people will point to the duplicitous nature I just expressed as a definition of myself, but there is one glaring difference. For Orton the ends always justify the means, but I'm such a cold hearted bastard that I don't need a guarantee of the ends to act the way I do, I just do it. I didn't stand to gain anything when I took that sledgehammer to the head of Triple H but I did it anyway, just to damn that son of a bitch one final time. You see with that hammer above my head I knew that would mark the last time Triple H would be seen in FCW, so I smashed it down into his skull just to make sure his final appearance was being carted out of the arena on a stretcher after the cameras stopped rolling, not walking out with millions watching."
*Gimmick swiftly turns his head to the right looking out to his imaginary audience and speaking as if in an aside, and whispers.*
"Randy Orton does whatever it takes to get on top, I do whatever it takes to serve what I want, however minor that goal is. After that sledgehammer split the skull of 'The Game' I felt blood on my hands, and I smiled, I smiled not because of what I had gained but from what my enemy had lost."
*Gimmick's head slips to the opposite shoulder so quickly it appears it could almost have fallen off.*
"Chris Jericho, I could stand before the people today and reiterate past statements about the validity of your career, but at the end of the day its already been said and done. You're nothing but an even less impressive old timer to add to my resume of victims. You walk around FCW like you own the place, well you are in for an unavoidable wake up call. Soon you like everyone else who stands in my way will face the inevitable fall from grace at the hands of Jimmy Gimmick. Jericho you've become an unfortunate victim of circumstance and as such have been condemned to share in my wrath."
*Gimmick stops pacing abruptly, he slowly licks his lips while caressing one arm in his other and looks to the camera.*
"Just one left, the man who stands directly in front of me en route to the world title, the one figure who represents the consummate flaws in professional wrestling...John Cena!"
*The pacing resumes, Gimmick moves at a faster pace now shaking his head as he does, his usually cocky smile now an image of disgust.*
"The perpetually funny, appealing to ten year old's, five move set, worthless sonofabitch..."
*The usually fluent in speech, Jimmy Gimmick mumbles words together in an incoherent slur of frustration.*
"You know what John I might not have a story about being raised on the streets to win people over with tails of resilience. But if you think how I grew up was easy, think again. I was a rich kid who had to live up to the accomplishments of his f**king daddy..."
*Gimmick's face reddens as he speaks with misty eyes, and a sad strain in his voice, he continues to violently pace, broodingly looking to the floor.*
"It makes me sick! To see you John run around high fiving fans, signing shirts...taking the fame."
*Gimmick spits through gritted teeth his voice choking up, more than a hint of jealousy evident.*
"The fame that belongs to people like me damn it! I carry this company on my damn shoulders and you sweep in to take the bow for me, and with the bow comes the fame! I strive to succeed, I do everything that needs to be done around here but when it comes time to be credited I get shit! And I'm sick of it!"
*Jimmy Gimmick turns around facing away from the light, and takes several steps forward.*
"Lights!"
*Gimmick shouts as the light cuts out on cue leaving his silhouette standing on the stage.*
"Well it won't be long now, before I get to take a collective bow for all I've done, for all I'm doing, at Second Coming I get my fame, I get my credits. This week three men stand in my way, at Second Coming two, but in the end they will all fall."
*Jimmy Gimmick walks further to the back of the stage before calling out for one final time.*
"Curtains!"
*The curtains are drawn shut from some unseen force behind which Gimmick has vanished as the camera cuts out.*
