If you could make a fight between Lesner and another fighter from anywhere anytime, who? I say Mark Calloway(Anyone with knowledge knows who I'm talking about) It seems he could challenge him.Oh but him fromm 2002-3

Mir sucked dick before and after the accident. I would like to see him fight Dan Severen. Mark Calloway(aka Undertaker) has no real fighting experience.

Wizz, Mir was and still is a fag. Just because he punches and does some grappling like mma doesn't mean he has any mma experience. If he would make a attempt at mma he would be destroyed by anyone.

The fact that Frank Mir is ranked as one of the top MMA fighters makes you just seem like a Frank Mir hater.

Yeah Mir is at least in the top five heavyweights. Despite the fact that the heavyweight division is the weakest division in MMA. I have to agree with Whizz Kid though, before the accident he was on his way to becoming recognized as one of the big names in the sport. I think he's boring as hell, but it isn't boxing it's MMA, and if you can win by rolling on the ground for 15 minutes more power to you.
I think the obvious choice though is Fedor, the hands down top heavyweight in the world today. And despite the fact that Dana White has talked shit about him for years, he may in fact be coming to the UFC, and then we'll see Lesnar exposed as a flash in the pan who had the benefit of a division void of really great fighters. Kimbo Slice, anyone?
As far as Taker, he admitted in an interview with Scott Keith in about '02 that he begin using submissions and grappling holds after becoming a fan of UFC. He's even went backstage to events to meet UFC guys. The only way he could ever have been a real potential MMA fighter is if he would've started at least 15 years ago. (preferably 20)

lol, guys, you've been spelling 'Takers last name wrong: it's 'Callaway' not 'Calloway'...lol, I'd like to see Lesnar pound on Mir or Mir pound on Lesnar...either way, I'd love to see Mir win the Heavyweight title...that'd be a dream come true for any fan of Mir...personally, I think Mir is THE BEST fighter in the history of Pride, and one of the best in UFC...

Not trying to be a dick, but kimbo sucks randy and I do agree with you that the heavyweight division sucks. I would kind of like Rampage to try and beef up and go to the heavyweight division. I noticed that we were spelling it wrong but I didn't fell like looking it up. lol

Yeah Christian, that was my point about Kimbo, a flash in the pan heavyweight who everyone made a big deal about. I know Kimbo sucks, boy do I know.

the only match I saw Slice in, he was supposed to fight shamrock(awsome). but he got injured(Ken, not awsome)And was replaced. Back then, slice was like 3-0 or somthing. got beat by"the silverback"somthin. And THAT is how I was introduced to Kimbo Slice...weak. Wait. How did a post "Lesner vs?" turn to making people take sides on Mir and Slice? Also, Mir, from what I see, is okay. and I change mine from Callaway(thanks) to Royce Gracie.Damm that boy's good

Royce Gracie is the greatest MMA fighter in history. He still competes occasionally today, but he's way past his prime. Just like he was when he "lost" to Matt Hughes. No one has done more for the sport. He revolutionized it, and brought it into the mainstream.
And remember he did this with no weight classes and no time limits. He went for thirty minutes at times, with guys twice, and sometimes three times his size. And outside the UFC he has went two hours with larger guys, winning. He was a tremendous fighter, and MADE people have to have a ground game.
Without Royce Gracie, Mixed Martial Arts would be just another side show attraction that never caught on. He was, in his day, the deadliest man on the planet.
