Cameras zoom in from a angle above the dome of last weeks Anarchy. An episode most desired by all wrestlers and fans alike. A true turning point. The last few fans exit the arena and slowly, one at a time the lights begin to fade until the place is left to darkness. Minutes pass by before any life is even shown and the only light is barely lit from the stars. Darkness that surrounds every object and shadows the world at different times. Moonlight blocked by the many passing clouds. Then from above the back door brightens a small motion sensor light as the door opens and out walks FCW superstar Aaron Bischoff with his merchandise hoodie and damp hair combed back behind his ears. He looks worn out from his exhausting match which was truly no easy task. Aaron wanders off a little farther to the side of the street. Cars and all civilization seemed gone from this section of town. All the citizens were asleep in their beds or facing the downtown traffic leaving the show. Bischoff gets bored and walks down whatever remains of the sidewalk down to the streets.
Last week was my best night by far since the beginning of my career. The highlight of the show, the main event was mine. That win would be nothing but the simple fact that I defeated an impossible task of beating an undefeated living legend. I proved the critics and the others wrong when Reality Set in on Robin and oh it felt good.
He froze at the sidewalk end having traveled a few blocks up and now seeing flashing lights of the city and the endless noise that would trouble residents for the rest of their stay.
It is a lie that New York is the only city that never sleeps. Near and far there will always be activity in the city. Up till last week people all thought the same of my most worthy opponent, Luminous Robin. Dishing out victories week after week and sending every wrestler thrown at him away as if it were nothing.
Aaron stopped again heading to a stop light and pushing the button so he could walk. Nobody even acted if paying attention, if Aaron had walked out in the middle of the street they'd all just keep going as if nothing had ever happened.
But Luminous, when there are no people to fill the city and no cars to pack the city with noise and the constant honking of horns is there really any noise? What if tomorrow all the people had disappeared and the city left here with the blinking stop lights and abandoned cars, would there be any noise? Nature does not care about humans. If all life was gone, nature would keep on living. Just like with Robin. For 19 straight weeks here you kept FCW alive with your amazing ability but now that you are beaten, you will most likely give up. The end of your career is nearing and in all reality, you are nothing more than a has been. Burning in the light of a much more athletic wrestler because at one point in time we all need to move on. Full Contact Wrestling needs to live on too and you can bet that it will. Champions will come and go but names will live on forever. This week on Friday Night Anarchy I will leave my name in the ring as a great opponent and more importantly, the new Intercontinental Champion. Don't you worry though, legend. Your name will be left in that ring too. The only difference is that it will be left there with your entire career and a record that reads, 19-2.
And I will talk out of Anarchy accomplished. Not only have I broken your streak once, but god damn it I WILL beat it again. I'll be sure to establish my name in FCW history with it and your chance at really ever becoming a Heavyweight Champion will end and my career will live on to be multiple Intercontinental and Heavyweight Champion in my time.
Its time that you face reality and the reality of this match is that Aaron Bischoff... will leave victorious.
