JB: William McConnell, let me congratulate you on your first win here at Full Contact Wrestling.
McConnell shakes Jeremy's extended hand.
McConnell: Well thanks, JB.. I can call you JB, right?
JB: Sure, everyone else does.
McConnell: So I guess this is where you ask me what I thought of my opponents and what not?
JB: Well, yeah, that's what I was planning.
McConnell: Well, JB.. It's simple, really. I had it, they didn't. No need for a long explanation, no need to overhype what it was. I simply got the job done. Blade LaVigne proved he was nothing more than a dull edge. Dan Hellman? I'd call'em Hellboy if it wasn't copyrighted.. And lets not forget about Career Suicide. Actually, lets. Hellman and LaVigne, what they need to realise is what they did in the past? A non factor. Hell, I could stand here and tell you what I did back in the day but it won't mean anything, will it? What mattered was what happened out there in that ring tonight and that I stand here with my first win under my belt.
JB: You feeling ready for your next match?
McConnell: Absolutely. I didn't even break a sweat out there.
JB: Then why did you shower?
McConnell: I didn't break a sweat, JB.. But those other boys? You think I wanna go out smelling like Dull Edge or a Hellman Condiment? They make mustard, you know.
JB: I didn't know that.
McConnell: Now ya do.
JB: Real quick, William, can I call you that?
McConnell: Sure. Mr. McConnell sounds too pretentious. Will's fine too.
JB: Alright, well before I let you go on with your night, I gotta ask.. What direction do you see yourself going here in FCW?
McConnell: Again, simple. I want some gold.
JB: Whose gold?
McConnell: It doesn't matter. I'm not picky. Hell, I hear Seifer Blacke isn't too much of a deserving Intercontinental Champion. Maybe I could see about earning my way up to a shot at that so I can relieve him of the burden of giving the fans worthwhile in that ring.
JB: Sounds like a challenge.
McConnell: Don't jump ahead of me now, JB. I'll earn the shot the hard way. I don't need to play on a man's fragile ego to get what I want.
JB: Alright, well thanks for the time, Will and again, congratulations.
